No-Shows & CancellationNo shows from tutor Ocassionally, in extreme circumstances that I am not available or late for the lesson without notice, you can request a refund or reschedule NB: I will always let you know if I am going to cancel/reschedule(very unlikely I will be reschedule or cancel) I understand that unexpected events may prevent you from attending the lesson If you know that in advance you will not be able to attend the lesson, please try your best to reschedule or cancel the lesson 4 hours in advance If you fail to reshedule/cancel in the 4 hours before the lesson, I will deduct a percentage of the lesson that you missed for time and effort, and a penalty fee will be given You are able to cancel the lesson for free up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. After this time only a penailty will be given Students can still discuss with the tutor whether it is possible to reschedule/ cancel the lesson without charge. But the tutor reserves the right to make any decisions. If the tutor decided to charge you for the lesson, they will be able to do so within 7 days after the scheduled lesson time. In this case you will be notified via email about being charged, and you are able to file a dispute within 72 hours.
